• Guarantee compliance with all applicable laws (advertiser responsibility)
• Take responsibility for content that violates platform policies
• Provide guaranteed results or return on advertising spend (ROAS)

5. Advertiser Responsibilities

By running campaigns through Neuro AI, you agree that you:

• Are the authorized representative or have authorization from the content owner
• Will provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information
• Will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies
• Are responsible for obtaining necessary approvals, licenses, or disclosures
• Will not use advertising for illegal purposes or prohibited activities
• Understand targeting and personalization implications
• Accept full responsibility for campaign content and any consequences
• Will indemnify Neuro AI Nepal against claims related to campaign content

6. Content Guidelines

Neuro AI Nepal reserves the right to refuse service for campaigns that:

• Contain false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Promote discrimination, hatred, or violence
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in harassment, defamation, or libel
• Promote illegal activities or products
• Violate platform terms of service
• Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Are unlawful in the jurisdictions they target

7. Data Privacy & Targeting

Our advertising services involve using platform targeting capabilities:

• We comply with all data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and privacy laws
• We do not sell or share personal data obtained through advertising campaigns
• Targeting uses audience parameters set by the platform and advertiser
• Users retain the right to opt-out of personalized advertising
